Mum and Dad chose the church in which they were married - St Nicholas Church Sulham near Reading Berkshire - for their daughter's christening.
The church is picturesque and therefore of course photogenic both inside and outside. The interior is quite small and dark though so the opportunities for professional photography and video during christening - and wedding - ceremonies are somewhat limited. This is not such an issue with baptisms because the photos that matter the most are of course those with family and close friends aftyer the ceremony.
Our vicar allowed some photography during the ceremony, which started with a childrens service followed by the baptism.
After the ceremony we made use of some shade from the mature trees in the churchyard to shoot some of the must-have portraits with Quinn and the various eager guests parents grandparents and godparents.
Then off to The Club at Mapledurham for a celebration party!

Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. Do not steal now, and that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you do steal, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you. (With appreciation to Bryan in "Taken").
