You can also pay by internet bank transfer – contact us for the sort code and account number. All prints sized 7”x5”, 9”x6”, and 10”x8” come with a lovely black bevelled matte ready for display. All these print sizes cost the same but you may wish to avoid 10”x8” unless the print is intended for a readymade frame of that size because its aspect ratio involves cropping some content from the two shortest sides of the image – compare a widescreen television to a standard television – 9”x6” resembles widescreen and 10”x8” resembles standard. If an image does not work in 10x8 it is supplied in 9x6. |

Background Information:
Nicola and James chose to have a short marriage ceremony with just a few family and friends at Newbury Register Office. The Register Office ( sometimes incorrectly referred to as the Registry Office ) is now located in Shaw House, a lovely old building which is spacious and light inside and has good locations outside for the essential formal photographs.
The Newbury registrars are accommodating to professional photographers and the wedding ceremony itself can be photographed in its entirety if the photographer refrains from using flashguns and does not move around. As with all register office weddings its a good idea to check beforehand whether any other weddings are scheduled before or after your own as just a few minutes delay can make life very difficult - there were no delays at Nicola and James' wedding!
After the ceremony we adjourned for an intimate lunch at the Dew Pond Restaurant a short distance away in the village of Old Burghclere.
We had very strong winds on the day and this combined with a chill in the air meant Nicola had to grit her teeth as we worked through the large number of formal group photos that the couple desired. She survived - well done! Formal photos can be done inside but usually the images are much more flattering if shot in natural light outside - so pack those long johns if you think the weather might let you down on your wedding day!
