Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park Surrey hosted this March wedding. Photography was unrestricted during the ceremony. The grounds of this popular venue are open to the public so be sure to take this into account when planning your photos. The terraces at the back slope steeply away from the main building and this should be allowed for if you plan to have shots of large groups. There is a riot of daffodils throughout the grounds in the spring. The weather was fine but very cold so we had guests come outside to us in "batches". The bride is Danish and the groom Canadian; there were dozens of nationalities represented among the guests reflecting the couples hotshot international careers as management consultant and actuary respectively.
The couple chose a reportage or photo-journalist style for most of the day.
All images are shot in colour. The sample gallery contains a small selection which have been converted to black and white.
