You can also pay by internet bank transfer – contact us for the sort code and account number. All prints sized 7”x5”, 9”x6”, and 10”x8” come with a lovely black bevelled matte ready for display. All these print sizes cost the same but you may wish to avoid 10”x8” unless the print is intended for a readymade frame of that size because its aspect ratio involves cropping some content from the two shortest sides of the image – compare a widescreen television to a standard television – 9”x6” resembles widescreen and 10”x8” resembles standard. If an image does not work in 10x8 it is supplied in 9x6. |

Background Information:
Liz and Dave chose the delightful Kingscote Barn Tetbury Gloucestershire for their marriage ceremony and reception.
Kingscote Barn in located on Binley Farm in the village of Kingscote, a few short miles from Tetbury and 20 minutes from the M4 and M5 motorways. So although it is very quiet and secluded it is easy to get to. The original building is 17th century. It has been restored and renovated so that it retains its old charm but is also clean and bright and almost modern. You'll see this in the galleries and in the photos below.
The registrars responsible for weddings and civil partnership ceremonies at Kingscote Barn can be draconian in their rules and regulations regarding photography and videography during ceremonies. It really is a lottery! Some registrars are very easy to work with whilst others are ..... well Peter can't express that politely! For Liz and Daves wedding we had a mixture so Peter was able to shoot a good selection of photos with the permission of one registrar but was scolded for doing so after the ceremony by the other one!
We had a bright and sunny day, something which is welcomed by all brides - but not by professional photographers as it makes the images very high in contrast and therefore unflattering in posed photos. Liz and Dave had booked all day coverage and one big advantage of this is that its possible to shoot the posed photos after the wedding breakfast when the natural light is more forgiving. There is very little shade available at Kingscote Barn so we shot just a big group photo in the afternoon and completed the important family and group posed photos in the evening. Some shrubs and trees are being grown around a terraced area bordered with flower beds and this will offer some good shade before long.
Kingscote Barn has good sized lawns to the rear and the guests are able to enjoy their drinks and various outside games here.

This photo shows the Barn as you approach it from the car park. The offices are at the rear to the left and the lawns are behind the barn to the right. The terraced area being prepared for photos in shade is immediately behind the position from which this photo was taken and you can see it in the galleries above:
Inside Kingscote Barn Tetbury, you can appreciate its high standard of refurbishment. It is well lit - something all professional photographers appreciate as normally we want to use artificial light as little as possible:
The registrars can be unpredictable as to whether photographic and video coverage are permitted during the ceremony. On this occasion Peter was able to shoot a good selection though one registrar took it upon herself to tell him off afterwards! Who wouldn't want great photos of the vows and the ring exchanges in progress as in the photo below?:
The image below is a signature shot for Kingscote Barn. As soon as the ceremony is over and immediately prior to the couple making their exit, the photographer can shoot the whole room from the balcony above:
Once the wedding ceremony is finished guests are encouraged to go into the gardens or the separate reception room whilst the main Barn is prepared for the wedding breakfast. The photo below shows Kingscote Barn set ready for the wedding breakfast. Its always nice to get a few shots like this before everyone piles back in!:
