You can also pay by internet bank transfer – contact us for the sort code and account number. All prints sized 7”x5”, 9”x6”, and 10”x8” come with a lovely black bevelled matte ready for display. All these print sizes cost the same but you may wish to avoid 10”x8” unless the print is intended for a readymade frame of that size because its aspect ratio involves cropping some content from the two shortest sides of the image – compare a widescreen television to a standard television – 9”x6” resembles widescreen and 10”x8” resembles standard. If an image does not work in 10x8 it is supplied in 9x6. |

Background Information:
Janice and Mark flew from Australia for their intimate winter wedding and reception at the 5 star Randolph Hotel Oxford. This must have been quite a shock for the couple as Mark tells me the temperature in New South Wales was 38 degrees centigrade when they left - only to be met by blizzards and a big freeze in England!
Some of that famous Aussie laidbackness (is that a word?) seems to have rubbed off on these expats. The bride arrived at the hotel from her hair and makeup appointment just twenty minutes before the start of the ceremony!
The Randolph Hotel does not have its own grounds outside - as you might expect from a central Oxford hotel. So we completed the majority of the couples formal photos list inside and just braved the weather for a short time stepping outside for a few shots in the streets. We struck lucky as the temperature became a little milder at that point, just a little.
The Oxford registrars have a good working relationship with professional photopgraphers and it was possible to shoot a good selection of images during the ceremony.
The interior of the Randolph Hotel Oxford has many ornate interior features which make good backdrops or accompaniments to wedding photos. The shot below is actually a reflection of the couple in mirrors.
The photo below shows the Randolph Hotel Oxford at night with our couple illuminated by the streetlights in the foreground. Many central Oxford wedding venues have little or no grounds of their own but there are some great photos to be had around the city centre.
