You can also pay by internet bank transfer – contact us for the sort code and account number. All prints sized 7”x5”, 9”x6”, and 10”x8” come with a lovely black bevelled matte ready for display. All these print sizes cost the same but you may wish to avoid 10”x8” unless the print is intended for a readymade frame of that size because its aspect ratio involves cropping some content from the two shortest sides of the image – compare a widescreen television to a standard television – 9”x6” resembles widescreen and 10”x8” resembles standard. If an image does not work in 10x8 it is supplied in 9x6. |

Background Information:
Ali and Rob chose the gorgeous old village church of Christ Church Fairwarp near Uckfield West Sussex for their marriage ceremony. The building really looks the part of the quintessential English village church set in an old mature and well maintained churchyard.
Professional photography was permitted during the ceremony, partly because of a strong family connection on the groom's side with the staff - as they say its who you know! The church however does not really lend itself to photography during ceremonies other than from the rear because of its layout. Photography simply wasn't a high priority when these buildings were designed! Anyway, I was able to shoot a decent selection of images from the back, sometimes using a long lens (the Canon 70-200 f2.8L + 1.4X convertor) mounted on a substantial tripod.
No silly rules pertained as regards photographing the signing of the marriage register and so it was possible to get a great set of photos of the actual signing - something which will be great to look at in years to come.
The weather was not our friend and no sooner had everyone exited the church after the ceremony than an annoying drizzle started. Oh dear! We were able to shoot a small selection of formal photos outside but were soon rained off. Ali and Rob had booked all day coverage and this is great when it comes to cheating bad weather. It means that we have time to shoot the all important family formal photos outside later in the afternoon, plus in the evening as well depending on the time of year. And thats what we did!
We departed for the nearby Roebuck Hotel at Wych Cross Forest Row West Sussex. Here we struck lucky and we were able to take advantage of a short break in the rain to shoot outside amid the splendid blossoms. Then more rain, so the photos were finally finished in the evening after the wedding breakfast. Bit of a marathon but we did it!!!
